From the chart we can see,from January 2004 to May 2006,the volume had little growth,and  after that,it bagan to grow,when it got to Februry 2009,it started to grow very rapidly,and reached its peak in November 2009,increased by 90% compared with its first period.But when got to March 2010,it began to desease rapidly,and reach its bottom in December 2010,after that there was no big increase or decrese,no much fluctuation in a whole.

       England enjoys the highest volume among the cities in Britain with a volume of 100%,the next is Welsh of 92%,Scotland of 67% , Northern of 40%.
